Return conditions

We want you to feel satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop a BYEM garment you have the possibility to return it within 14 days.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal you must return the product to us and send us an email to inform us about this. The product has to be returned without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days later than the day the order was received.

To be eligible for a return, kindly note that your item/s must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it/them in. The original labels and packaging must also be returned. We also require a proof of purchase. No returns or exchanges are accepted for products purchased on sale.

Kindly note that the shipping cost for your order is non-refundable and although we will not charge any administration fee on your returns you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping, unless the order is faulty or damaged upon delivery . No Cash on Delivery returns will be accepted.

If a package fails to be delivered to your residence after multiple delivery attempts, or is unclaimed at a post office or similar location, the package will be returned to us and you will be charged 250SEK for cost of the return delivery and administration.

We hope that you understand that as a young brand, we are using all of our effort on growing and improving our products for you whilst at the same time doing our best to make shipping as efficient for you as possible.

How is my refund processed?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be refunded to the original method of payment once the return has been completed. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged after delivery or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you paid VAT or import duties when receiving your order outside the EU, it might be refundable should you choose to return your order. To enquire, please contact your local Customs Duty office.


If you love your garment and want to keep it but need to change the size of it, please send us an email at myorder@BYEM.com and we will do our best to arrange this accordingly. Kindly note that this must be notified as well within 14 days of receiving your order.

We do not exchange or return sales items and only replace these garments/items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping your return parcel

First, send us an email to returns@BYEM.com informing us that you want to return an item + any extra information on why you choose to return your garment would be much appreciated. It helps us improve our clothing and tailor it to your preferences!

Please also fill in the return form that came with your order and send it with the items you wish to return in their original packaging as a postal package.

If you are shipping an return worth over €50, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This is for ease of mind, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not refund any orders if they have not been received at our warehouse address.
